Fitness Den – Home Gym Subscription Service

Q: How does the Fitness Den membership work?
A: Members pay a monthly subscription to gain the home gym package at their convenance. We provide a power rack, barbell, bench, and weights at a low cost of 80$ a month.

Q: Do I need to sign a long‑term contract?
A: No. Memberships are month‑to‑month. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. You can also pay in advance if you would like to.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, we do have our members sing a agreement and liability contract as well as payment authorization form for the reoccurring invoices. Think of this bill like your Netflix bill or internet bill it will be every 30 days from start of subscription.

Q:When will I be billed?
A: Billing occurs automatically on the same date each month based on your original sign‑up date.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards. A recurring payment authorization form is required for membership. We will also take any form of payment including cash if necessary.

Q: What equipment is available?
A: Fitness Den includes power rack, barbell, weights, and a bench. We continuously upgrade based on member feedback. We will also be adding machines and new equipment as we grow such as a pulley machine and rows!

Q: What if equipment breaks or needs maintenance?
A: Report it immediately through your member portal or by contacting us directly. Repairs are prioritized within 24–48 hours.

Q: What about late payments and fees?

We have no delivery fee, and install fee. We do however, have clients that are further from our delivering station to pre-order their subscription prior to delivery date as to not charge them a delivery fee. There is a late fee of 20$ for every month missed.
